Meet Mr. and Mrs. Erickson!  I was a little concerned when I met Wayne that he was going to be all business and very formal during the wedding.  Being called Ma'am threw me for a loop as the northern boys usually aren't that respectful!  But within seconds of turning him around to see Julia the  switch was flipped and he became ANIMATED.  I believe if the military is looking for a male model similar to the Zealander movie, they have their man.
Julia too fell right into his trap of fun ... actually we all did!  It was a beautiful day for an outdoor wedding and a fab time.  Thank you for the fun and enjoying your wedding day to the fullest with me.  I hope this images bring back fabulous memories for you for many year to come!

Happy Happy Joy Joy!  Dena and Allen are one of the most happy and relaxed couples I have ever worked with.  They should give seminars to couples before their weddings on how to chill out and not sweat the small stuff.  Even when we had to move locations during their shoot because some bugs flew in and started to, well, "bug" us they didn't freak out.  Just a calm, "Can we move?"  "Of course we can!" And moved on to an even better location with no stress.  The joy was felt throughout the day and with their families as you can tell by the photos below.  I mean really?  Check out this Hora!!!  The Metropolitan did a great job at hosting their full celebration as well.

The underlying theme was a kick of green color which was beautiful.  Check out her gorgeous vintage necklace and amazing emerald engagement ring.  STUNNING!

.families summer 2014.

I wanted to give a massive shout out to all the families that have used me this summer to capture their growing families.  I feel so fortunate to work with such loving and fun groups of people on a weekly bases.
Admittedly I have fallen behind on my blogging as the busy season has gotten the best of me.  I did however want to share a few of my favorites from the last month.
