I am thrilled to introduce you to Mr. & Mrs. Sorensen.  You might recognize Alexis, she was my assistant for many years until she moved to Colorado to be with Jon.  As sad as I was when she moved it was such a joy to know she was following her heart!
I was humbled when Alexis called to tell me that she was engaged and the only thing that she knew that she wanted was for me to do the photography!  What an honor to be such a big part of their day.  It was so much fun to have her on the other side of the camera too.  She shined as a bride!
Alexis and Jon had a beautiful ceremony and fantastic receptions at Smiley's in Plover, WI.  I had the best time shooting their day and am so excited for their future!  I adore you Alexis and hope Jon knows how lucky he is to have you!  Congrats on your marriage and cheers to many more years of happiness!  Love, M

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To top off the night Jon planned a flash mob with all this family and friends to surprise alexis!  What a fantastic way to start the dancing party!

Beautiful day, beautiful souls, beautiful LOVE!  What a joyous celebration.  Tim and Lindsay were married at her parents house on the lake in Hatley, WI.  A small intimate party that was relaxed and filled with such a happy vibe I couldn't help but be filled with happiness as well.  

Tim and Lindsay didn't see each other before the ceremony but they did do a special hand hold around the corner as you can see below.  It was so sweet to see and capture their excitement.  

As you can see above we did a special day after session to take advantage of the water and Lindsay and Tim's awesome skiing skills!  Two fantastic days finished with a blast out on the water.

Rich & Kaylee proved you don't need the sun to make your wedding day fabulous.  

They were up for anything and had no problem joining me outside and making do with what nature had to offer.  We found some great spots in between the church and the ceremony and the rain and wind held off just long enough to make being outside possible!  The joy that they shared for each other and their families made it easy to capture their smiles in any kind of weather.
