anna & charlie

Happy 3rd birthday to Anna and Charlie! I can't believe that you guys are only 3. I would of sworn you were 5! I love the beginning of July for I know I get time with you guys! It seemed that there was a theme of grumpy pants hovering over the Twin Cities area at the beginning of the month for 2 to 5 year olds, but even so we caught some smiles! Oh what being in the right place with a good camera can do!
Catching the moments of grumpy pants can be great too, for it really shows that time of their life or what was happening for them at the moment. Either way, you have adorable kids!
Thanks again for allowing me to be a part of the madness! All the best, Em

Schutter family

Once again I am totally blessed to have such rad clients that come back every year. To describe the session with the Schutters all I would say is "movement!" We were all over the Rose gardens in Uptown Minneapolis! This seems to be the best way to keep the kids happy and for me to get the best pictures. We will sit for as long as possible and then when it is time to move ... we move!
Thank you again for being so lovely to work with and letting me share in the kids growth. Happy day, Em

McAghon family

Cheers to for the McAghon kids for sticking it out for our family session. We started out with the grumpies, but pulled some tricks out of our bag and caught some great moments. I just love the one below with them all laughing. I have a few of these with my parents and will always treasure them. I hope you will as well.
Thank you for being repeat clients. I truly appreciate your business and love watching your kids grow. All the best, Em

luke

Oh Luke, we meet again! I'm sorry that you were kinda grumpy pants the day we met, but surprise ... I caught you smiling! Great seeing you again as always. Even if you aren't smiling you still make me smile and giggle. I'm so amazed at how big you have gotten and what a little man you are becoming! Good work Dude!

ben & stacy

There was no better day then Saturday in Wisconsin Rapids to hold Ben and Stacey's wedding. I must applaud the easy going and relaxed demeanor of the bride and groom and their guests as rain clouds threatened the skies. What looked to be threatening the day soon passed and gave us a gorgeous cloudy day. In photo terms clouds equal perfection!

After the ceremony Stacey went back down memory lane to capture wedding party photos at The Museum in Wisconsin Rapids, a location where she was previously employed. As a bonus to us the location also happened to have magnificently beautiful grounds with lots of fun architectural designs and an abundance of flowers. The late day sunshine brought out the best in everyone while strolling down by the water side and on the bus ride to Stevens Point for the reception at the Holiday Inn.

I want to also point out the awesome favors and center pieces that Stacey and Ben had at their reception. The favors were "love" fortune cookies and the center pieces were glass bowls with fish in the inside of the bowls. Both are pictured below and were fun and unique ideas. Check them out!

Congrats to Stacey and Ben on your new journey together! We were thrilled to be a part of your day.

travis & nikki

"There is a kind of love that makes you feel that anything is possible." Travis picked this saying out for Nikki because that is the way she makes him feel. (add in sound bite of hearts melting!)
Thank you for being so great to work with the day of your wedding. Your wedding party was hilarious and made the day fly by with their laughter and jokes. We completely enjoyed ourselves and are super pleased with the the results. We hope that you are as well.
Cheers to the newlyweds. May your love make the impossible happen! Em
