I love it when friends tie the knot!!!  We have know Troy and Jess for years and were thrilled when they told us there were engaged.  What a beautiful day they picked to make it "official."  A small ceremony and big reception at The Wisconsin River Golf Club allowed all of us to celebrate them!  It was a perfect  day and location as both Troy and Jess work, live and love the golf course!  Thank you guys for being our friends and including us in your big day.  All my love, Em

This picture below is what a dear professor from college would call a "Happy Accident!"  I would love to say that I planned this, but it wasn't until I was editing the photos that I saw that Jess and friends were in reflection of this bubble that was blown by some of the kids after the ceremony.  What a fun treat!

Engagements are the perfect opportunity for couples to get to know what it is like to be in front of the camera and get comfortable.  Let's just say that Brooke and Ben didn't need this session to get comfy in front of the camera for they were total naturals.  We spend the morning getting to know each other and going to some new spots in Stevens Point.  I love finding new shooting locations.  Even though I have been here for 7 years and Point is small, it is still possible!  You don't have to take every picture in your life at Iverson Park!!!   Thanks for trusting my ideas and joining me for some fun.  I hope you had as much fun as I did!

jen & dan, Lake Geneva, WI wedding photographer

Radient, glowy, relaxed, love!  This was the vibe for Jen and Dan's wedding day.  I was totally in love with Jen and Dan as we shot our way to their ceremony.  Every time I looked a Jen I couldn't help but ooggle over her gorgeous eyes.  She was stunning in her Monique Lhuillier Gown.  

The awesome setting was in Lake Geneva at a private residence on the lake.  The weather was a bit warm (90 degrees if I remember correctly) but everyone toughed it out.  Looking at the images you have no idea it was that hot.  

I adored Jen and Dan's ability to have a good time and be themselves in front of the camera.  As Dan said, "It probably helped a little that your fly was down when we started!  It made me laugh and relax!"  Well, I do what I can to make people feel comfortable!!!  Thanks for not letting me walk around all day like that!!!   That would of been so brutal! 

More importantly thank you for the fun and just being yourselves.  It really shows in the images.  Big thanks to Darcey for 2nd shooting as well.  Many Cheers to Jen & Dan and their big day.   Love, Em
