Nantes, France

I was so blessed this last week to be able to go with my husband, Will, to visit our friends Rich and Rachel who are currently in Nantes, France doing missions work. They are doing an amazing job and we are so proud of them.
We were lucky to catch them on their day off and took a trip to the beach at Ile De Noirmountier. What a beautiful place. We had a lovely picnic on the beach, played paddle ball, and walked around the adorable city.
This is only a small look at the fun we had with them. Thank you guys for hosting us for two days and showing us around your town. We are so blessed to have such good friends. Love you, Em & Will

Now this is one of the coolest things I have ever seen, Hotel Nantes. The artist Tatzu Nishi has a traveling show turning monuments into into hotel rooms for short periods of time that you can actually stay in. During the day they open the room up so you can take a peek to see what it is all about. This room is actually built right around the fountain in downtown Nantes. I love fountains so this was totally up my alley. Unfortunately the room was booked months in advance so we were unable to stay the night. Check it out!
