justin & nicole breyhan

I love Justin and Nicole. They followed their dream of having a destination wedding and got married this March in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They had 40 people join them on the beach for their wedding ceremony and awesome vacation.
Last weekend they had a second celebration of their marriage here in point at the new Holiday Inn and Convention center. What a celebration it was. You could clearly see that everyone was having a great time. One of the best Father of the Bride speeches I have heard in a long time. He had everyone in stitches!
No drama at this celebration ... just food, an awesome cake (by Nancy's Custom Wedding Cakes 715.344.7293), lots of drink, great music by "The Spicy Tie Band" (http://www.dunnentertainment.com/bands_spicytie.html), and loads of dancing.
Congrats on a fabulous wedding celebration!
All the best to you both,
Em

granger's hawaiian vacation

ALOHA!!!
This is how I know I have one of the best jobs around. I was hired to join Bryan, Dana, Ashley (3 years old), Wesley (2 years old), and Zach (3 months) on their family vacation on Oahu. What an amazing 2 days with such a wonderful family. I don't know how they make it work, but they have this parent thing down. Moving in and out of the days like it's totally normal to have 3 kids under the age of 3 on a vacation! For the first time ever, they made parenting seem pretty rad to me! I'm in awe of Bryan and Dana and how great they are with their kids. You guys have amazing gifts. Thank you for teaching your children (and me) how to use those gifts of love, patience, and generosity properly.
I took over 1000 pictures, so it was hard to just pick a couple for this entry. Thank you for letting me join you on your vacation and so generously letting me be a part of your family for a short while. I can't wait to see the crew next time a bit more grown and with a few more words under their belts. You guys were truly a joy to work with.
Mahalo, Em

alex & samantha

I had the pleasure of being invited to hang out at the Davisson's on Sunday afternoon to capture some "moments" of the kids. Alex, 3 months. Samantha, 3 years.
Now Alex is a true angel baby. Very mellow, Happy one. Just enjoying life. Every facial expression was amazing. So new and attentive. Where he was seeing or experiencing this new thing for the first time. What a good reminder to us adults! Take a deep breath and just enjoy the hands around your belly, tickle under the arm, or occasional gas bubble!!!

As for Samantha, she has got everything under control. Or thinks she does as most 3 year old do! A true (dare I say)

... diva in the making! She totally knows what she's doing even though at first she fakes you out to think that she has never had her picture taken before! Hilarious. Changing outfits and then just "bam" ... she's posing like she is on the cover of Vogue!

Sibling love.

After a long day of modeling, all a girl really needs is a ride on her red tricycle and her dad by her side!

Looking forward to documenting more days as they grow older! Thanks for including me in the fun!

kristin & corey

I'm so pumped to be working with Kristin and Corey for their big day this September. They are probably the most relaxed and calm couple I have worked with yet. Their relaxed and loving vibe is infectious.
Their wedding ceremony is going to be awesome for they are planning it to be in her families backyard. I always love when personal touches like this are incorporated into wedding days. It makes it unique and memorable for some many different reasons. Cheers to you for going outside the box!

We even had time for snow angels. Ready? One, Two, Three ...

PLUNGE!!!
Thanks for the great afternoon guys! I can't wait for September!

pilates place morphs into adventure 212 place!

The coolest thing to happen in Stevens Point (besides M photography) ...

"212 Place" breaks ground!!!

This may just look like rocks and dirt now, but come this summer it will be the hottest place to be a part of in the area. John Joanis Drive, within the business park north of Kohl's, will house the the best gym in the mid west, Adventure 212, and the best place to eat and buy pre-made meals, Bistro 212.

Get ready Stevens Point ... big things are happening here!
Andria Davisson (owner of the Pilates Place) and Michelle Peariso are the genius minds behind this amazing idea. They are combining everything in one place so we can jump start our bodies to health.
Now you are thinking, "boring ... I hate working out ... and by the way, healthy food tastes like dirt!" Well get ready to be proven wrong. The things that 212 place will have are going to be things you have never thought were possible in a healthy atmosphere. FUN and GOOD FOOD!!!

Here Andria demo's one of the new fitness bikes. You pedal along to a biking video game while you watch your guy ride the terrain on the video screen in front of you. Pretty cool! A great way to play a fun game as well as get off the couch and get your feet moving!

Along the fitness Le Cordon Blue Chef Lydia Walthers is bringing us Bistro 212. On the day of the ground breaking Lydia served lunch ... and I have to say it was the best lunch I have had in a long time. Plus it was healthy for me.

After I had a brownie (again, that was good for you) I believe my mouth actually had a mouthgasm! I highly recommend this place! Lydia truly knows what she is doing in the kitchen! I can't wait to experience her creative and amazing food on a weekly bases this summer.
212 Place plans to open it's doors this summer. For more information please call 715.343.0212
Pre sales start mid-April.
To get things started before 212 opens, get involved at Andrea's current business, "The Pilates Place." http://www.thepilatesplace.org/ 715.343.5848
Thanks for doing this in our community. You are doing an amazing thing here and I can't wait to be involved. Cheers to getting our butts moving!
