Cheers to my newest couple of 2010, Josiah & Wendy. Wow, was I impressed with these two. Three words to describe them best ... super in love!
When they first saw each other in the center of the Grand Theater I knew the day was going to be a smooth one. Their eyes locked and it was smooth sailing from there on out. No direction was needed, for they just knew how to be with each other.
The locations were super awesome as well. I certainly didn't feel like I was in Wausau,WI during some of these shots. I highly recommend the theater for a ceremony/photo shoot location. Their reception was held at the Jefferson Inn which is always impressive. The staff continues to amaze me. Kind, friendly, and hard working. On Saturday they fed a room of 314 people in less than an hour. Unbelievable!
The party continued on into the night and boy did we have a dancing crowd. Some of the best that I have seen! Watch the slideshow to get a feel for the fun vibe that was there.

canvas prints

Everyone has heard or seen canvas prints.  This isn't a ground breaking new product being introduced.  They are however super cool and an awesome way to show off your favorite images.  They can be made into any size to fit your perfect space.  As small as a 6 x 6 and as large as you can need!  I love these canvases and can't say enough about their quality and how good they look in my clients homes.  Below are some examples.  Please contact me if you would like a price quote on your very own.    Happy day, Em 

baby jaeden

It is my pleasure to introduce for the first time Miss Jaeden.  She is the newest addition to Theresa & Jon's family.  Theresa and Jon were married in 2008 in the most heartfelt ceremony.  Click on their names to view their wedding post.  

It was such a pleasure to meet Jaeden in person.  At the time there were a few moments of pure joy that we were able to capture.  Her smiles and blue eyes are priceless.  Those boys better watch out.

save the dates, engagement

I wanted to share my newest finished project that I made for Chris and Kelsy, their save the date cards.  Save the dates are a great way to keep your friends and family informed of "key" information involving your wedding.  The biggest info they need is ... YOUR DATE!!!!  How can they mark your date as their most important event of the year if they only know about it 2 months in advance!!!

This is also a great way to incorporate your engagement photos into your wedding details.  Chris and Kelsy picked out one of their favorite images from their engagement session and I did the rest.  I can also use a favorite image from your personal files to incorporate into your save the date.  Their are lots of options, and lots of styles.  It's so easy, you just let me know what you would like and I put it together for you.  If you are interested please call or email for more information.

Thank you for being patient with my blog over the last few weeks.  My hard drive needed to go to the hospital, and let's say it took longer than I would of hoped to have things back up and running smoothly.  I am extremely grateful for your patience and support during our construction time!

forrest & jess, engagement

Jess & Forrest met at church while volunteering at for the youth group.  Since Forest was an intern at the time Jess likes to tell everyone that she was the Boss!  The love that they share for each other is obvious the first second that you are in their presence.  

We shockingly had a beautiful day for our shoot, even though it was a little cold by the river.  It's not Arizona weather, but for February it was nice.   I love the timing of the day we shot in and the all the sun flair.  Super hot!

I can't wait for your big day in July.  All the elements of your day sound amazing and I am so glad that I will be a part of the fun.  Thanks for spending your Friday afternoon with me.  All the best to you both,  Em

trevor, senior portraits

Trevor contacted me this fall to shoot his senior portraits.  He always knew that he wanted to shoot his session during the winter, so we took a few images for the yearbook entry this fall and then after the snow piled up a bit we hiked outside and shot the rest of his session.  I'm flexible like that!
I love how the blue sky and the pipes in the background match his eyes so well.   Thanks Trevor for really being yourself!  All the best to you during your last semester of school.

I am so very glad we were able to use your incredible talent to capture Trevor's senior pictures.  I have to say the pictures you took are nothing short of fantastic.  The enthusiam and compassion you shared with us during the photo session will never be forgotten.  Dispite all elements of cold and wind you have provided us with a lifetime of amazing photos.  I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your patience, compassion, and the wonderful photos.

I am not sure how full your calendar is becoming but I would like to schedule a time for family photos once all of the grass and trees have returned.  Please let me know if you are filling up or if you feel we can wait to schedule.

 Meet the Jagoditsh family. It was so nice during the cold days of winter to meet such a lovely family of four. And on the way for Daisy and Lola, TWIN siblings! Now they each will get a new friend to play with in a few months! Thank you for inviting me into your home to join the fun.
